  • Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract occur when the products are dispatched from our warehouse or handed over to the courier service.

  • We accept payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), direct bank transfers, and eligible digital/card payment gateways.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, the exact invoice amount must be paid to the courier agent upon delivery before opening or inspecting the parcel.
  • For online or prepaid transactions, dispatch takes place only after full payment verification.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times and flat-rate shipping policies are governed by our dedicated Shipping & Delivery Policy.
  • SA Market is not liable for delivery delays caused by external courier constraints, adverse weather events, transit disruptions, or incorrect customer delivery details.
